Josh started his construction career in an unconventional way building Climbing walls, Zip wires and High ropes courses for some of the UKs leading outdoor adventure centres.

Moving into shopfitting, as a foreman on sites up and down the country, liasing with clients, security and centre management staff whilst managing multiple teams and trades at shopping malls including, Westfield, Bicester Village, Selfridges, The Trafford Centre.

In 2020 he opened a joinery workshop and went on to start Heartwood services LTD, providing custom joinery specializing in more refined finishes and competitively priced onsite carpentry.
